The brand has to land with the people who actually buy. Everything we do starts there.

Most brand work is built from the inside of the agency out. The strategist starts with frameworks, the designer starts with moodboards, and the customer enters the conversation somewhere around week three, if at all.

We work the other way. We start with the people buying your product. Who they are. How they talk. What they're really choosing between. The brand falls out of that, not the other way around.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on scope. We talk through what you actually need on our first call and send a clear proposal within a few days, with the scope spelled out and the total fixed upfront.

Who actually leads the strategy work?

Senior strategy on every engagement. The thinking, the direction, and the decisions sit with senior leadership the whole way through. We bring in specialists when the work calls for it, but the strategy isn't handed off to a junior account manager.

Do we need to start from scratch, or can we build on what we have?

It depends on what's working. Most growing brands have parts of an identity that hold up and parts that need to go. We start with an honest read of where you are. Sometimes that means a full rebuild. Sometimes it means a sharper version of what you already have. We'll tell you what we see before we touch anything.

What's expected of us during the project?

Plan on a kickoff call, a midpoint working session, and one or two feedback rounds. Most of the work is on our side. Your time investment is roughly two to four hours a week, mostly in calls and async feedback. We run the project; you don't have to.
